La Bouchonnerie Gabriel has a 150-year history and tradition in producing corks.

G-Corks Cortiças continues this tradition with an ultra modern factory which benefits from all the “savoir-faire” accumulated by Gabriel. G-Corks directly handles all the work connected with cork manufacture, from the punching to the distribution to clients.

Control

G-Corks pays special attention to technological innovation, and maintains its own research facilities and laboratory. The company has a qualified and experienced team exercising a systematic control on cork production. During the manufacturing process, various quality controls are carried out to improve mastery over the material.

Certifications
Research laboratory. In order to guarantee a maximum level of quality, G-Corks has acquired all the necessary certificates such as ISO 9001:2000 and SYSTECODE (International Practices Code for the Cork Stoppers Producers). Our products also have an alimentary (food safety) certificate. All cork stoppers produced are tested for their TCA level, and a copy of the test results are sent with every order. harvest harvest
